The Decider – Life Skills

The Decider Skills is an evidence-based resource that uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to teach children, young people and adults to recognise their own thoughts, feelings and behaviours. These skills can support you to make positive changes in your life by monitoring and managing your own emotions and mental health. They improve emotional intelligence and promote positive brain function, attitudes and habits.

The Decider Skills was developed by mental health professionals who wanted to help meet the needs of people they supported, boost their mental health and help un-learn unhelpful habits around thinking and feeling.
